Lovely, turns out a beautiful blue in CPSoap

A little goes a long way!

Used 1 tsp PPO added directly to the soap, resulting in a dark blue/gray color. I like it a lot. Will be trying an ombré soon with it as well.

I had never used indigo and for some reason I had it in my head that it would make my cold process soap a darker/deaper blue (maybe I didn’t use quite enough) but rather than a dark blue it turned my soap a grey-ish blue. Even though it wasn’t was I expected, it still turned out beautifully and I can’t wait to use it again!

This indigo acted very interestingly. I put it in the lye water. When mixed with the oils it turned green. After cutting the outside was cream color and inside started turning blue. It's now a blue on the inside and still cream color on the outside

This mica is gorgeous! It was slightly darker than expected but nothing that would make me change using it again! Blended great with other blues and didn’t notice any clumping.

Took me 3 tries to get the dark, rich blue I wanted (it can go a bit gray if you don't use enough) but when I did it was worth the wait.

Definitely use a generous amount or you'll end up more of a gray color and not see much of the blue come out.

I wasn’t too sure on this one but it’s fab in clear glycerine soap. Turned my goat milk M&P soap, a dark/bluish grey.
I didn’t mind bc my bars came out perfect and I sold out. I called them ‘Stormy Skies’

I have been using this indigo powder for about a year now and it always performs well it is a very nice dark blue. The blues pictured in here are from this indigo powder.

I infused this indigo powder with a light olive oil and the results were beautiful. After my infusion I let it sit for a few weeks and then prior to using it in CP soap I gently mixed by moving the jar slowly back and forth. This indigo mixed well and was easy to work with.

Can achieve different shades from gray to blue depending usage rate.

It's a very nice blue but I wasn't aware I needed to add a lot. It fades to a greyish blue in CP soap.

I have used this indigo powder in many batches of soap and people really like it. I have several wholesale customers who only want me to use natural colorants. This indigo enables me to add a nice blue color to my lineup. The grayish blue color is especially nice for an ocean soap. In my picture the round soap is a salt soap and the rectangle is a cold process soap.

This indigo powder can give a really dark denim color to your soap if used as prescribed. It can also give a nice bluish grey hue if you want to use it as a lighter contrast shade to something dark. Color didn’t fade even after a few months.

I make CP soap and the Indigo pigment works great in it. I mixed it with 1 ounce of oil and let sit for a day. Finely ground, mixes well and a beautiful dark denim color.
Color is more dark blue than appears in photo.

Was looking for a blue gray color that was natural...and here it is! Made a beautiful Taiwan swirl design with it and have plans to use more of it. The color is like a battleship gray...hard to recreate.
