- Fragrance load is the percentage of fragrance oil by weight compared to the oils in your recipe. The higher the %, the stronger the final scent throw.
- Every fragrance oil has its own IFRA-set maximum safe usage rate for each product category (soap, lotion, candles, etc.), which is why the same oil can have a different ceiling depending on what you're making.

- These three levels are scent-strength options within the safe range for your chosen oil and product type. Light gives a subtler scent, Strong gives the most noticeable throw.
- If a level shows "-" for a given fragrance oil and product type, that strength would exceed the oil's safe usage rate for that category, so it isn't offered.
- Results are based on published IFRA safety data and are a starting point, not a guarantee. Always test in your actual finished product before selling or gifting it.
- Scent throw and behavior can vary by base recipe, curing time, and method, so what performs well in one soap or candle base may differ in another.
