Color Blender

Color blending tips:

• Like blends with like. Micas blend best with micas, pigments blend best with pigments, dyes blend best with dyes, etc.
• Lower micron micas will add more pigmentation than higher micron micas. The more glittery the mica is the less color it will impart in a blend.
• We have the perfect tool to mix small amount of colors! Check out our Mica Blending Tool. If you don't have blending tool , you can test a color blend by adding the micas and a small bit of oil in a Ziploc bag. Mix well by rolling the bag between your fingers or hands. This will give you a very good idea of what the final color will be.
• The blends on this site may not turn out exactly as seen on screen. Your own testing is required and this blender is to be used as a guide only.
