Fragrance Rescue FAQ
Does Fragrance Rescue Cost Anything?
No. Fragrance Rescue is free.
Do I Have to Use Nurture Fragrances?
No. Tell us about any fragrance or essential oil, whatever the brand. We'll tell you what happened either way.
Do I Need a Photo?
No, but it helps for seizing, ricing, browning or oily beads. A photo of the batter, the top of the loaf or a cut bar in daylight works well. For a scent that faded, your answers are enough.
Can You Check a Fragrance Before I Buy It?
Yes. Fragrance Check looks up how a fragrance behaves in soap before you buy it: acceleration, browning and how much you can use.
How Will I Get My Answer?
We'll email you, usually within 2 business days, with a link to your private case page. You can read our answer there and reply with more details or photos if we need them.
Will My Case Be Posted Online?
Only if you tick the share box. We show your first name only, never your email, and we'll take it down whenever you ask.
