What Makes a Good Photo?
A freshly cut bar in daylight, with no filter. If you have one, a photo from pour day helps us see what changed.
How Will I Get My Answer?
We'll email you, usually within 2 business days, with a link to your private case page. You can read our answer there and reply with more details or photos if we need them.
Will My Soap Be Posted Online?
Only if you tick the share box. We show your first name only, never your email, and we'll take it down whenever you ask.
