Color Testing Notes
Neon Red Orange is unapologetically bright and bold in every medium - and cold process soap is no exception! It’s an energetic orange with a hint of red that demands attention. It reminds me of that vivid safety orange worn out in the woods, the kind that ensures you’ll be seen no matter what!

Use Notes
Neon pigments should be dispersed in a bit of your soap making oils before using in soap. If not mixed well you may get streaks or speckles! Add enough oil to the color to completely saturate and disperse it before adding it to your main soap batch.
This color really pops in CP soap.
Haven't used yet, but it's a very nice and vibrant color.
It’s not orange, nor pink, it’s the best of these 2 colours. It makes your soap pattern pop! I really enjoy using it with yellow and white. It’s a must to have this mica in your mica library!

I just made a rainbow soap (CP) with this mica and I simply love it. I used it on 1 kilo of soap and used only half a teaspoon. It’s absolutely stunning when it’s dry ! I really enjoy the powerful orange, it makes all the difference.
I saw many soapers add a bit of neon color to make the main color stand out or brighter. And since the only orange I had at that time was a bit on the dull side, I used 1/8 tsp of neon red orange to help brighten my orange. That really did the trick!
Love this high quality micas a little goes a long way. They are perfect for the fresheners I make
WOW this pigment is BRIGHT!!!! Just as a personal preference, I generally don't gravitate towards using neon pigments in my soapy projects, but I already had the BEAUTIFUL "Queen of Hearts" mica in my collection, so picking up some of this neon pigment and "Brick Dust" mica (absolutely GORGEOUS color btw!) to be able to create NS's new "True Red Trio" seemed like a fun idea! I've only tried this blend in MP embeds so far, but the results are exactly as described! This blend creates a bold, true, orange-based red that is as red as red gets! Make sure to blend these colors THOROUGHLY though (as in, once you think it's totally blended, keep blending them some MORE!), and you'll have a stunning & vibrant shade of red! Admittedly, "Really Red Pigment" is still my preferred red (I just love the ease of use, and my results have always been consistently beautiful with it), but this is another outstanding red option! I did have some trial & error with using this pigment in the red-trio where I learned it's critical to blend the living daylights out of it, but once these colors are fully combined, the results are fantastic! It looks amazing in clear MP base, and I'm excited to try this in CP next! As a color in & of itself though, if you're looking for the most brightest, brilliant, boldest, vivid & vibrant red-orange neon, this color will knock your socks off! Even as someone who doesn't typically use neon colors, I can wholeheartedly say that THIS shade is stunning!! Pictured here is equal parts "Red Orange Neon", "Brick Dust" & "Queen of Hearts" (the trio!) in clear MP base! Wishful thinking has me hoping someday these colors will be available pre-blended, but I'm still VERY VERY happy with the results, and the blending is so worth it!

Wonderful Neon color.
Great looking color. One of my favorites. I love all neons
Love the neons
You can never go wrong with a good neon. It adds a lovely pop to the soap!
Strong bright color. I combined this with electric orange and touch of maya gold to make a great pumpkin pie color.
This is a true pumpkin color when I mix in my CP soap! It’s an amazing orange for fall and a keeper for my collection!!
Pumpkins anyone? Also awesome for blending
Love, love these neon pigments. The color packs a punch, and performs well in cold process soap.
absolutely gorgeous.
Really like the color and how fast I got my order
As a child of the 70's & 80's this really takes me back to the days of wild neon shades that are so difficult to find these days! I love to mix my own colorants, and I'm pretty good at it, but so much better to have a color I can add easily, without worrying about consistent results. This shade looks fantastic in melt & pour.
Beautiful Orange color.
I can’t wait to use this neon, it looks very orangey and vibrant. I know I’m going to love it like all the other neons. Happy
Orange is a great color and gives life to your soap, this one is simply beautiful !
I only used it so far in melt and pour. It is deffintly neon!!
Orange gives a pop of color, and it is a must have in your collection.
Bought this color to use in my spring floral soaps.
If you’re looking for a red to punch you in the face, look no more! This color is just wow!!
This color is so bright and amazing!! But some NOW!! Every soaper needs this is their collection!
I had been camping with some girlfriends and the fire inspired me to try making a campfire soap. I used activated charcoal, Red-Orange Neon and Neon Yellow. The soap turned out perfectly! It actually did remind me of the campfire at night. I love this gorgeous, bright red-orange color. If you like a bright color that does not fade out, even when it's used with stark dark black, then this Red Orange Neon is for you!
