A little misleading

So before the shift in % for use, I used this in CP soap and it was a hit. Performed very well, no problems. Since the shift, the label now reads “not suggested for use”, which I didn’t catch this last time. So although I love the fragrance, the new usage rate is too low for me to purchase again :(
