Shipping policy

Before You Place Your Order
We cannot add to or change orders once placed. We do not keep records of payment information at the time of purchase for security reasons. If you forgot to order an item, you must place another order. Please review your order for accuracy before submission.

You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order! We are not responsible for incorrect mailing or email addresses. We always ship to the address you give us, and we always email to the address you give us.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to 48 states with all orders over $99. Free shipping methods are USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or UPS Sure Post. We will always select the most appropriate shipping method for the weight and size of your package. Selecting faster shipping options will not expedite your order in our warehouse. It will shorten the time in transit only. To have your order shipped before others in the queue, we offer a rush shipping option.

Confirmation
You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Also, check the address of the shipment it is being sent to. We only send to the address given to us when you place your order. If this address is incorrect, please call us ASAP at 260-200-1081. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

PO Boxes and Express Shipping
UPS Express options (2-day and overnight) do not deliver on weekends.

Choosing an express shipping option does not affect processing time. To put your order at the top of the packing list, choose Rush Shipping on the checkout page when placing your order.

UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Insurance
Beginning 11/01/2021 we offer shipping insurance on the cart page. Nurture Handmade will not be responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen if insurance is not purchased in the cart. To protect your investment, we highly recommend purchasing insurance. If the insurance option is checked, we will immediately refund your lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Rush Shipping
Our processing time is posted at the top of every page on our site. To decrease processing time and put your order at the top of our shipping list, we offer Rush Shipping. To add rush shipping to your order, add the option to your cart.

Lost Packages
We will replace the package immediately if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

If shipping insurance was not purchased with your order, we cannot replace it. These are steps that should be followed to locate your package:

  • Check with your neighbors. The mail carrier likely delivered your package to the wrong address.
  • Talk to the supervisor at your local post office if USPS was your chosen shipping method. They can communicate with your mail carrier and look on the vehicles for any missed deliveries.
  • If you live in an apartment complex, check with the rental office. Sometimes deliveries will be made there.
  • If these steps don't result in finding your missing package, call USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS.
  • Follow the prompts until you get to the prompt asking for your tracking number. Press 1 to track a package or say "Tracking." Say “Representative,” and you will be transferred to a representative.
  • If you feel your package has been stolen, you may file a police report on the missing package.

International Shipping

Transit times stated at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. International orders may incur customs duties and fees. These fees are set by the carrier. Nurture Handmade does not profit from these fees and cannot control the process. Nurture Handmade is not responsible for customs taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the carrier.

UPS Saver and DHL Express Worldwide are the fastest shipping options. They are also trackable throughout the entire shipment process. These types of packages very rarely get lost. They are insurable. This means if you buy insurance and a package gets lost or damaged, we can quickly replace it.

First Class Mail is very slow and not trackable or insured. Use this service at your own risk.

Because of the additional time it will take for the package to arrive in your country, we no longer accept rush orders on international packages.

  • Nurture Handmade is not responsible for carrier-imposed shipping restrictions.
  • Estimated transit time does not begin until after the order is processed and shipped. 
  • Transit times stated at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

If a package is damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to support@nurturehandmade.com immediately upon the arrival of the package so we may assist you ASAP.
