Yup. It's NEON!
I see in photos and forums this worked well for some people. For me, I added a tea to 2 cups of clear base and had no glow. Left sitting out all day and maybe a very very faint tinge in dark of closet that night. Perhaps it is just me.
This does need to be 'charged' by placing the soap directly under a bright light for several minuets and then take it in to a dark room. Just sitting it out in a lit room or in sunlight will not be sufficient to get a good glow!

I use this fir my mechanic salt soap. I wanted a green that could pop even with a bar loaded with salt. This green hold up every time!
