It's shipping protection. I didn't need to use it. So not sure if it works or not.
It's a shame but although they refunded me the purchase money, I lost the taxes and shipping.
We're so sorry this happened but shipping protection is there to cover loss, damage or theft. Your package was returned to us so it did not qualify for a full refund under the shipping protection policy.
Hi, love your essential oil’s.. I used them in my soaps… hot process and cold process… they hold there fragrance… love them also reasonably priced…🙂
I did a class with walkers homestead and really enjoyed it. Michelle recommended Nurturesoap. I placed an order and was very happy with the quickness of the order as well as the products. I would love if you had beginner recipes for goat milk soap. Otherwise I will definitely order again from your company. Also I might come to you place for a tour if allowed.
