Color Testing Notes

Flower Girl Mica is one of those colors that just makes me happy every time I use it. In cold process soap, it turns into the sweetest, most romantic pink - soft, elegant, and full of charm. Depending on how much you use and whether your soap gels, it can range from a delicate blush to a slightly deeper rosy tone. It blends beautifully and adds such a lovely, graceful touch to any soap.

Use Rate

CP Soap: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
MP Soap: .5 teaspoon per pound of soap base.

More or less can be added to achieve your desired color.

Versatile pink

I love this mica! It gives the most beautiful shade of pink to my soaps. It is easy to make it lighter or darker just by the amount I put in. I will be re-ordering this soon.

Did a small trial order

I loved the mica powder I ordered, it's bright and concentrated and works beautifully. The scents I picked out I did not love, so I'll be ordering a few more to try. I did love that I could order 1oz containers though! The shipping took a while though. I got an etsy order, that I ordered the same day a few days before I received this order.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the mica! As for shipping you ordered on a Thursday evening after we had closed and we shipped it out the very next day, so less than 24 hours later! The carrier may have taken longer than usual to get it to you but we have no control over how fast the carriers move unfortunately! ;)
