I love having the option of purchasing shipping insurance. I need to feel secure and confident that products I order for my small business are guaranteed to arrive, and if something unforeseen happens, I am covered.

Not sure it’s necessary
No one else does this which makes it seem unnecessary. So far I’ve always gotten what I’ve ordered.
It was left as an option intentionally because we wanted our customers to decide for themselves if they feel it is necessary or not. Most other places DO add it on in the form of higher prices and/or 'shipping and handling fees' and it is not optional.

Um you want a rating of shipping insurance
Um you want a rating of shipping insurance. Absurd. I think passing on the responsibilty of making sure a customer gets what they ordered should be on the seller not the buyer. It gets you off the hook doesn't it?
The review requests are automated and the program chooses which products to select for a review. Since shipping insurance is technically a product added to the cart it asked for a review. Requests for this item are now disabled, so reviews for it will no
