Backorder Policy

What does "Backorder" mean?

Some of our bulk and large-format sizes aren't kept in unlimited stock. When you order one of these sizes, we place a custom order directly with our manufacturer on your behalf. A "Backorder" label on a size means that size is fulfilled this way, rather than shipped from stock right away.

Lead time

Backordered bulk sizes take up to 12 weeks to arrive from our manufacturer before they can ship to you. If you'd like an updated timeline on your specific order, email us at support@nurturehandmade.com and we're happy to check.

Payment

Your card is charged in full at checkout, including for any backordered items in your order.

Orders with both in-stock and backordered items

If your order includes items that are in stock now, we ship those right away. Any backordered items ship separately as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each shipment.

Cancellations

Because we place backorder orders with our manufacturer immediately, we're unable to cancel or refund a backordered item once your order has been placed.
