Product Details
The lids on this mold slide into grooves cut along the top of the wood box and seal each loaf from the air. That seal is the main thing that holds down soda ash, and because the lids are clear you can check the gel phase without lifting one and letting the heat out.
Two loaves pour side by side, each in its own liner. When the soap has set, the sides of the box come off, so you take the box away from the liners rather than pushing the loaves out.
The liner and the lid are also sold on their own as replacements; both are named in the specifications on this page.
