This is a silicone mold, not a liner, and no wood box comes with it. Compare the inside and outside widths listed on this page: the difference is 1.5 inches, which puts 0.75 inch of silicone in each side wall, and that thickness is what resists bowing under a full pour.
Wash it in warm soapy water and skip abrasive scrubbers, which wear the silicone. If a loaf is slow to release, 10 to 15 minutes in the freezer helps.
