About this mold
Handles and a lid on the same mold: you lift the liner straight out by its handles, and while the soap is setting the lid seals it from the air, which is the main way soda ash is kept off the top.
The lid is the 2.5 lb Handle Premium Mold Lid, which is not the same part as the 2.5 lb Premium Mold Lid that fits the non-handle box, so order a spare by the full name. The liner's lip folds over the top edge of the wood and keeps the box clean, and because you lift by the handles the sides of this box do not come off.
