Product Details
This is the liner supplied in both 4.5 lb mold sets, Basic and Premium, and it fits either 4.5 lb wood box bought on its own. How you get it out depends on the box: a Basic box has holes in the bottom to push the liner up through, and a Premium box has sides that come off.
The bar face is set by the liner's inside width and height, listed on this page; how thick each bar is depends on where you cut.
Wash it in warm soapy water and skip abrasive scrubbers, which wear the silicone. If a loaf is slow to release, 10 to 15 minutes in the freezer helps.
