About this mold
Handles are the whole point of this tray. A full loaf is heavy, and lifting it out by two grips is a different job from tipping a box or pushing silicone up from underneath.
It is supplied in both the 7.5 lb Basic Handle and 7.5 lb Premium Handle Soap Molds, and its lip folds over the top edge of the wood box, so batter that runs over the side lands on silicone instead of on the wood. Wash it in warm soapy water and keep abrasive scrubbers off it.
