Color Testing Notes
Brilliant Blue Mica is the perfect shade of blue - not too deep, not too soft, just perfectly balanced. It’s vibrant without being overpowering and adds a clean, classic pop of color to any project. I love how dependable and beautiful it is every single time I use it.

Love, love love the colour
This is one of my favorite blue micas ever! I saw it was being discontinued, and grabbed a big bag, now I see it is here to stay (I hope!) and I am so happy! This is a true blue mica in CP soap.
I used this blue in my CP soap recipe and it turned a different shade that I thought based on just looking at the powder, but I was pleasantly surprised with the shade it was! I absolutely love the blue it fits the scent i used it for perfectly. I previously got my micas from another company but after using this and new leaf I went on and ordered 13 more bags of mica from here!
This color is a perfect cerulean blue: it’s a bold bright blue with a slight green bias and a rich deep tone. Use this at a lighter percentage and get a beautiful sea blue. Perfection.
This is my favorite blue and it's leaving! I'm so sad, I've been buying big bags of it. It's just a nice all-purpose blue. It was also one of the first blues that I used when I started my soapmaking journey.
you must get this one
Love this color, works great in cold process. Glad I was able to grab it while it’s still available.
works great in cold process soap

This is by far my favorite blue mica! The deep blue color is perfect for my tropical ocean scented soaps.
This is one of the shiniest blues I’ve encountered. One of my go to blues, with a bit of TD makes a beautiful Patel blue. But just like it is is gorgeous.
If you are in a budget this is very versatile and would make various shades.
This is another staple colorant in another of my most popular products! This blue is as brilliant as it’s name!
a very pretty blue/teal in this soap. I only used a little which worked out great for this soap, but next time l'll experiment and use more for a more vibrant shade. Its the top, lighter blue in photo. (other colours: midnight blue, savage garden, dark navy blue).
This is a beautiful shade of blue, perfect when you want a bold, playful blue color. Easy to lighten with some titanium dioxide
This mica powder is really great in my soaps! True to the color shown in cold process soap.
This is a nice deep ocean blue. Please don't discontinue this color.
This was my first time purchasing this blue after buying blue vibrance and I would say this is bolder than blue vibrance . Love it !
You guys don't want to see my review~ cause if so, it will make you will BUY this blue~! Bestest blue evah~! and I'm a blue freak~ Try it you'll LOVE it~
This is the perfect blue for something patriotic. I use it for my Captain American & Wonder Woman bath bombs~ it's AWESOME~! Perfection!
Whenever I need a nice true blue I look for this one, it's bold and beautiful and plays well with other colors. I love how it works in cold process soap and have used it for swirls, layers, and mixed it with other colors. This is definitely a staple in my mica hoard
This is a beautiful blue mica. A little goes a long way, and I used it for my Barber Shop soap. Just the color I needed.
This is my favorite blue for my Joel and Clementine soap. A perfect contrast to the orange.
It is a pretty blue on it's own but very similar to Blue Vibrance. Description is spot on when it states that it is a lot like Blue Vibrance but i would say Blue Vibrance is brighter and Brillant Blue slightly darker. I tried a multi layered blue mica soap so could compare. See pic for comparison.
New to soaping but attempted to make a patriotic soap for my husband. Colors turned out perfect....design not so much.
