Camouflage Green Gold Mica
Embrace the allure of the wild with Camouflage Mica, a deep forest green infused with a subtle golden glimmer. This unique mica captures the essence of concealment and mystery, blending rich, natural tones with a shimmering touch of hidden brilliance.
Color Testing Notes
Camouflage is a custom color I created because I wanted the perfect green-brown mica that truly captures the look of classic camo. It’s ideal for hunting-inspired designs or natural, earthy soaps. In cold process soap, it holds its tone beautifully.

A very pretty green if you are making anything with a desert theme.
I had a customer order Olive green soap and this mica work out perfect. Customer loved her soap!
I LOVE this color!! It is great for all seasons. I use it in cold process and hot process soap. My results are always the same...spot on!!
I love to use this one when I want to enhance a brown color for outdoor type spoap. On its own its a great deep green color. I feel like its a well kept secret lol
Purchased this colorant once before, liked it a lot, it works very well for me to make all kinds of soaps; typically I use this colorant for men soaps, it offers just the right touch of colors, not too gold and not too greenish but a khaki color between the two; this color never disappoint of all the soaps I made, it turned out rich and inviting each and every time. And because I purchased this mica once before and repurchased it again, I know from experience having used, it it is a fine and beautiful colorant .
This is the perfect color for woodsy soaps and also I use it for my French Green Clay soap because the clay doesn't color it enough for me but this is the perfect shade of green for it. I mix a little green titanium dioxide in it to brighten it just a tad.
I love this color as I do all nurture soap colors. This color is like a dark olive green reminds me of fall
This color came out beautifully in my camo soaps. Definitely will keep this on hand from now on.
Versatile color, will buy again.
Perfect for my camo soaps. Be sure to read the description as it will defiantly morph in raw CP soap batter. No worries though as it will become a lovely dark olive green in about 48 hours. It may look kind of wonky freshly poured but in my experience it did turn out just fine. Just let it do its thing! :) I would defiantly purchase again.
great colour for lots of designs! Just bought another bag. 1/2 tsp in 280 grams approx. in photo of moon.
I can think of plenty of greens that could be mistaken for each other but this one is uniquely one of a kind. Mica disperses easily in oil but morphs into an ugly orangey brown in CP soaping but transforms back after 24hrs or so when saponification is complete.
I wish I could use this color more often. It's one of my favorite shades to play with and I try to work some of my soap designs around it so I can use it more.
I wanted a true olive/camo green and this delivers! It does morph to brown in fresh soap batter but after 24-48 hrs it was as I hoped. The darker of the two greens in my soap photo is the camo green.
I called it a mature green because the color tone hits me with that tone. It's nice, I believe I can do a lot with this mica. This color can't go wrong with any of my projects.
This was the perfect shade of green for my project! (Note- It is the darker green in my soaps) It compliments the Neon Deep Orange very well!
I am happy with the results!
Great earthy green when you need a more subdued green. Warm green/brown. I love the combo of army green with fuchsia and this camouflage mica fit the bill!
I use this to paint leaves on my painted soaps. Like how realistic it makes them look.
I LOVE this mica. I used it in cold process soap and it stayed true to color. I plan to use it in a camoflauge soap soon.
I needed to make camo soap. Couldn't pass this up and it was the PERFECT color. All micas used in this soap were Nurture Soap.
Dark Camo green on left at 2tpp. True to it’s name. The grown up version of Adamant olive-right at 2tpp. Can be used together beautifully as both lean toward yellow/gold. I can see many applications for this color. Very happy with the purchase.
