This is a difficult scent to describe, but I find it to be multi layered and not a 'flat' scent. It leans a bit floral forward, and fresh, but also borders on being unisex to my nose. This would be great in blends, as well as a stand alone fragrance. I don't make soaps, but I do make body products with it. It's nice to see this offered as it's so different and can compliment many scents.
It’s already just hard to smell the sent in my soap, turns out it’s not the scent I was looking for.
This was more floral than I thought it would be, which is fine - floral in a baby powder way, not a tropical way. It's hard to pick out most of the individual notes listed in its scent profile. It also gives a vibe I associate with Garnier Fructis or something - not exactly soapy but more like the scent a steamy bathroom is filled with when you walk in after someone has used a shampoo that's aimed at women. This is not a bad thing - I like it a lot. I thought it would read as "autumn" but it strongly reminds me of summers at the beach (probably because of all the showering you do when you're in and out of the ocean daily). Maybe adjacent to sweet autumn fruit like apples.
Seriously, this fragrance is amazing! I got myself a couple of sample sizes to see how I liked it and I was not disappointed. It's hypnotic and unique; and the bars I made sold out almost immediately. I'll definitely be purchasing again!

I have to admit, I was not a fan of this scent. It is a bit deep, strongly sweet for me. That being said...my customers absolutely love it. I made candles and wax melts with it and I had the ladies swooning over it. Needless to say I will be ordering more!
I purposely colored with dark mica based on reviews. However, what stands out as a huge positive is the scent. It's such a wonderful scent that's not too overpowering for me.
Great color.
I absolutely adore this scent for fall. It’s a warm, musky , earthy scent and soaps very well in cold process!
Used the natural brown it turns in my design and it turned out perfect. Smells like a fall evening to me. I love it
An appropriate scent for the name, yet difficult to describe - it does have a hint of the earth and vegetation- yet it also holds the vastness of the sky. A little boy said it smelled like a 'galaxy' from outer space (he did not specify which...). Interestingly, everyone who became aware of the scent noticed something else. Altogether very popular.
During CP soaping there was no acceleration, but after a couple of weeks white had developed into a light tan - still very pleasant. The scent is still very noticeable after about 4 weeks of curing. NICE !
This one is hard to describe but doesn’t smell like autumn to me. A fresh and clean scent is what I’m getting! Strong long lasting scent that doesn’t fade in cold process and performs well in cold process.
This scent, for me anyway, is very calming. It is a great woodsy scent, and the light floral and musk add to it very well. 10/10
I used this for my 2020 Fall soap release and I could not have been happier! No funny business, works very well in soap.
I was looking for a nice fall scent to add to my fall line, but I didn’t want it to scream “FALL”. This was a very nice scent that really could carry into any season.
Great fragrance for fall! Very crisp and clean. Almost makes u feel more awake. Suitable for men and women. I think it will be widely liked. A safe purchase!
Artemis is absolutely stunning in cp soap. This is supposed to be a fall scent, but I love it sooooo much I feel like it needs to be a permanent staple in my line. My design did not go as planned at all, I am notorious for stick blender over-use, so it totally could have been me but the next time I soap Artemis I will not even bother introducing the stick blender, this is a whisk only FO for me. I will be buying this repeatedly in the future.
Love Love Love this fragrance it is a great unisex one. This is one of my best sellers for both men and women. It is not to sweet and mixes great with tea tree essential oil. This is the product it used it in as you can see it did not change the color in my goats milk soap so I was very happy about that.
The scent of Artemis in my opinion makes a feminine smelling bar of soap, but I love the smell of it and do believe that it will still work great for a candle in a mans house. I haven’t soaped with it or used it in anything yet, but I’m sure it will smell great whatever I use it in.
I love the soft floral scent of this, used it in candles. I will be purchasing more in the future. Pictured is the Artemis candle I created with it for a customer. Excellent throw out, not over powering. I’m sure for soap uses it would be excellent as well.
This is one of those aromas that's just so multifaceted & gorgeous, it makes it indescribable for me... There's a warm, complexity going on in this blend that reminds me of the sweet, cozy scent of a humidor (NOT smokey)... Like that refined aroma of rich tobacco leaf, embraced by hints of polished amber & sweet vanilla (but SO MUCH more too)! It's a truly opulent fragrance! deep, warm & dapper, yet clean & mysterious too... Just like Artemis! Goddess of the hunt & chastity (STRONG in her independence!), yet protector of women & midwife too! To me, this is a FABULOUS unisex aroma that I'll personally enjoy year-round! It smells like love to me, which is why I decided to name my soaps "Artemis & Orion"... Artemis didn't need a man to define her, but she adored her hunting partner, Orion. Her twin brother, Achilles, was very protective of his sister's virtue though, and fearing that love was developing between the two, tricked his sister into accidentally killing him with an arrow (At least in the story I grew up reading!). With her heart broken, her father, Zeus, put Orion in the stars. Orion was the only man to ever hold the key to Artemis' heart, and to me, this fragrance tells that bittersweet love story beautifully! In my specific recipe, I did experience fast/heavy acceleration with this FO, but working quickly, I had no major troubles & it actually turned out being advantageous to the design! I only added the FO to my brown micas, but 2 weeks later, the soaps still smell incredibly fragrant & remind me of the view Orion might have, looking down from the stars! A++ fragrance and one I wholeheartedly recommend!! The next time I soap with it, I will just omit the accelerating additives I incorporated & not discount my liquid as much as I did... I think that will solve the acceleration issues I had in my recipe just fine! TRY THIS FO ANYTIME OF YEAR THOUGH... IT'S EXQUISITE!!
This fragrance does beautiful in CP soap! It does discolor to dark brown but the smell does come out nice and strong! It has a uniqueness about it.
I bought a 2 oz bottle during a sale, and had to go back and buy a bigger bottle. Its a fall smell, but it won't stop me from using it year round. And the smell stays longer than any other fragrance I've ever used. Hands down my boyfriend's and my favorite smell. Would definitely recommend.
I tried this scent because it was on sale and I have gone back and ordered a bigger bottle!! This scent sold out! Men and women both love it. It has a definite fall flavor tonit, but I'm bringing it back for a valentine's day soap!! This one is an all year must have!! Soaps wonderful in CP soap . Discolor a bit, but I was making a dark purple bar anyway.
This has to be one of my new favorite scents. It’s hard to describe, but it’s delightfully fragrant and performs well in CP.
Slight acceleration but nothing I couldn’t handle.
Used this to make CP soap...worked perfectly, no issues at all. The scent is hard for me to describe other than an absolutely beautiful high quality scent. I purchased a sample and had to order a larger bottle, I will be keeping this one around for a while. Great for any season not just fall.
